about Maestro suite advisors

Premier executive advising and peer support — walking alongside third-turn leaders as they lean into future value, legacy, and succession.

who we are

Maestro Suite Advisors brings premier executive advising and peer executive support. Our advising is for third-turn business owners, C-suite executives, nonprofit leaders, as well as their senior teams, and governing boards, as they lean into future value, legacy, and succession planning. We live at the intersection of the executive and the enterprise they lead. We convene, facilitate, develop, and guide executive-level thinking for tailored and trustworthy approaches that help you and those who come after you do more with the mission around which your enterprise is built.

Grounded in the process consulting approach, our ultimate mission is simple: to love those leaders who love leaders, translating their vision into sustainable enterprise and continuity that impacts the world positively, and launches successors into the future.

We are independent practitioners integrated into a Community of Practice. Infused with our own executive experience, Maestro Suite Advisors brings together elite Executive Advisors and similarly-minded resource providers who walk alongside our Clients.

what leaders say

"One of the things I appreciate about Maestro Suite Advisors is that there is an opportunity to bring self actualization and intentionality to that process that starts to say, I'm at this inflection point in my career, is this really what I want to be doing? And how do I start to think about doing something differently yet, while also performing on the business? And being able to have that internal process rectify itself through a process is really a gift."

Jodi Hubler—Board Chair/Director, Strategic Advisor

"This is why I think Maestro Suite Advisors is so important — helping leaders realize if you can be someone who sees your legacy as turning over to someone else, your future contribution has been more than your position or your corner of heavy furniture. And your title actually now can become a resource for change agents because you can give them wisdom and strength, you can become a coach or mentor and enter into that stage in a much more powerful way."

Tod Bolsinger—Author, Consultant, Executive Leadership Coach

"It is imperative for me to focus on creating a company that is sturdy and sustainable so that we can serve our customers into future generations. The work to do this though is like trying to see around corners and being part of the Maestro Level Leaders cohort empowered me to do just that."

Mike Tenpas—chairman of the board and head of M&a, navanta

"I am so grateful my board of directors supported my involvement in the Maestro Level Leaders cohort! Each dimension of the cohort rhythm— monthly virtual meetings, quarterly face-to-face gatherings, and the monthly meeting with Mark L. Vincent—helped me stay focused on the important work of preparing for an effective handoff to my successor for the good of our mission and the glory of God. The counsel was consistently useful and pertinent, and the sharing among CEOs walking similar paths wasboth encouraging and enlightening."

Larry B. Jones—past CEO, Seed Company

"I quickly grasped the concept of the three turns and my calling to make the third one. However, completing a seismic shift like this is much easier understood than actually implemented in the context of the complex nonprofit I am called to lead. I could not deeply engage this turn without the encouragement, inspiration, prayers, exercises, accountability, and rhythmic disciplines of being in an amazing cohort and the powerful monthly coaching and support."

Ben Mott—President, Green Lake conference center

"I have found the Sage Group Collective to be a unique offering that afforded us the opportunity to quickly run a key business issue by a number of experienced thinkers and leaders. This braintrust extension provided early shaping and challenge regarding a key strategic initiative, and allowed us to confidently both confirm and adapt our plans."

Mike Tachick—Owner and CEO, Dairyland Electrical Industries

"It's vital that those in their 'Third Turn' of leadership strategically plan for leadership transition, prioritizing the health of the organization they have been called to lead. This is also a perfect opportunity for leaders to assess what legacy of wisdom, experience and vision they hope to invest in the next generation of leaders."

Tami Heim—President & CEO, Christian Leadership Alliance

"During and following my time in training in Process Consulting methodology,  our practice found our focus clarified, our network expanded and with added capacity, our marketing strategy better resourced and strengthened, and our marketplace effectiveness increased. We are growing at breakneck speed."
