Register →Process Consulting is an iterative form of humble inquiry and guidance in which the Process Consultant walks alongside the Client to discover and develop fitting responses to complex change.
Rather than delivering expert answers, the Process Consultant builds the Client's own capacity to act wisely during change, transition, growth, and organizational development.
The Society for Process Consulting provides professional training, credentials, standards, and community for practitioners committed to a Client-centered, listening-based approach.
Completion of each course in the pathway earns a professional credential—Certified Process Consultant (CPC), Advanced Process Consultant (APC), and Executive Process Consultant (EPC).
The Society is stewarded within The Maestro's Chamber, the learning and resource ecosystem of Maestro Suite Advisors.
